Izz Cafe - Magloubeh

A traditional and cherished Palestinian rice dish meaning “upside down” due to its layered presentation. A fragrant and labour intensive delicacy. Served with a bowl of salad, yogurt and dessert.
Chicken is first cooked with a our traditional spices mix (mild spices), and then moved to a new pot where layers of vegetables chicken and rice are made to cook together using the chicken stock. The meal is served with a bowl of salad, natural Bulgarian style yogurt and 3 pieces of maamoul.
