Inch House Pudding - Inch House Gluten Free Black Pudding

Handmade to order, our Gluten free fresh blood gluten free black pudding is bursting with nourishment. It is certified Gluten free and is made using a special Rice and Millet flake made by a wonderful gluten free bakery in Cork. We also use Irish pork and the recipe is the same recipe handed from my Grandmother Mary, to my mother Nora and now to me, Mairin. We add no artificial additives or preservatives and all our puddings are low in fat and salt but high in Iron and protein. We love this pudding stuffed into a pork fillet or crumbed on a piece of white fish.
