Lemongrass for its antioxidants, anti-fungal, antibacterial and anti-inflammotory proporties.

Lemon Balm due to its amazing stress relief and anxiety benefits.

Nettle provides iron, calcium, quercetin, vits a, c, k, it cleans and remove toxins from the body

Peppermint aids digestion and helps to soothe the skin

Directions: 1-2 teaspoons in boiling water and steep for 10 minutes or more.
