Hi. My name is John Fleming. We make artisan dairy ice cream on our dairy farm in Muckross in Killarney. We use milk from our dairy cows and free range eggs to produce a creamy dairy ice cream. Our ice-cream won the overall prize in the 2019 Listowel Food Fair. Our Crunchy Caramel Pecan ice-cream won a Bronze Award in the Blas Na hEireann 2020 national food awards.
