Ballyhar Farm Produce is run by Michael Gleeson from organic farm 7km North of Killarney. Michael produces certified Organic Pasture Reared Chickens and is also a breeder of Rare Breed Pedigree Kerry Cattle from which he produces Organic Kerry Rosé Veal (available only on a seasonal, limited basis). Michael also produces Certified Organic Oats and is currently growing malting barley for Torc Brewing Company.
