Annascaul Black Pudding Co. produces a range of artisan black and white puddings, traditional sausages, dry cured rashers and sausage rolls at our own premises in Annascaul. Emphasis is always on using the best of Irish products. Our black pudding has been made to the same recipe at this premises since 1916 and is one of the few remaining black puddings using fresh blood.
